What we can do for you Here's some feedback from a radio sales associate concerning one client we have helped. We've left the name of the company out, replacing it with "(the business)" for their privacy. Dianne: I wanted to let you know the street talk I have heard about (the business). Several potential customers have asked me if I am with the radio station that advertises (the business).  Some complained that they know (the business') theme song by heart.  This has turned into a positive experience for me, since I can tell them that if they advertised like (the business), that their company name would be as well known.  They agree, and then admit that will go to (the business) to buy (the business' products) for themselves. We wrote a jingle for them in 2003, employing a guitarist/producer to lay down the original tracks, and then added the vocals and an alternate jingle with harmony vocals and several types of cuts, such as donuts, etc. We created a cute character voice that is now associated with (that business), and (the business') customer comments such as "that is the cutest thing I've ever heard". The character voice was done for two reasons: branding and to get attention among all the other standard radio spots on the air, hold the listener's attention long enough to hear the promotion, and create a desire for the products they offered. Redesigned their logo to incorporate a symbol that was inherent in their name Created a new slogan that communicated with customers on a personal level which they have incorporated on their delivery truck signs.
